What is a neighborhood tour?

A new type of virtual tour, it is a high-impact 2-3 minute presentation using the aerial animation of Google Earth with broadcast-quality graphics, to show your prospective homebuyers the important landmarks around the home, and their proximity to the home, including schools, entertainment and arts, shopping, recreation, and more!

where can I use it?

Like any Virtual Tour, you can use it for:

  • In-person Listing Presentations
  • Website Property Listing
  • MLS Listing *
  • Social Media Websites (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest)
  • Open House (Video loops on TV or laptop)

    • Specific instructions will
    be provided upon signup.

    HOW DO I sign up?

    The process is simple:

  • Sign up - Send us the address of your listing, and 8-10 landmarks you would like to be featured in the tour, (using the form below) and which theme you would like to use.

    • Within 3 Business Days we send you a link to download your video.

    We currently have six different songs to choose from. You can choose a different song on every tour, or stay with one song for all of your Neighborhood Tours. The choice is yours.
